Overview of Professional Experience:I am a hands-on financial consultant and advisor with business acumen. My CPA.CITP.CM&AA certified designations combine the best of the worlds of accounting, technology competence and middle-market M&A body of knowledge. My broad-spectrum experience spans the fields of public accounting in large, medium and small accounting firms, and the private industry in large and medium, publicly-held companies as well as in a small, privately-held company. As an entrepreneur, I started and sold retail and real-estate businesses, later developing my current consulting practice of escorting hi-tech ventures through various stages of their business growth, acting as their “just-in-time” CFO. My main industries of expertise include software, e-commerce, medical device and manufacturing. I pride myself in providing focused, responsive and high-level personal attention and service to a handful of clients, mostly those trying to venture into the U.S. market.
